Food Safety Watch is an independent web site run by food safety professionals for food safety professionals. Our aim is to provide our members and visitors with the scientific and technical information that they need to understand food safety hazards and risks.

The site is funded entirely from our own resources and through membership income at present and we receive no funding from industry or government. If you would like to support the site and help us to maintain it we would be delighted to hear from you, so do please contact us.

Editorial Policy

Our editorial policy is to supply accurate and up-to-date news and information on scientific and technical topics of interest to food safety professionals. Everything published on our site is carefully researched and checked before publication and we will always provide links to original sources, or literature references, where possible.
